This person will be creating requirements for big data ETL pipelines, artificial intelligence, and machine learning applications. Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize collaboration among distributed resources, fostering an objective-driven global team.
- Cultivate a work culture that champions individual differences, maximizing team performance, and achieving collective goals.
- Establish and execute continuous improvement initiatives, identifying best practices, measuring performance, and driving enhancements.
- Utilize existing tools or introduce new ones for effective project execution.
Requirements:
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub, with a proven track record of leveraging these platforms efficiently.
- Proficient in translating high-level requirements into robust specifications and JIRA tickets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing a global delivery model and leading diverse teams, including both FTE and Vendor resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept at multitasking, and effective prioritization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to forge consensus among stakeholders on critical and time-sensitive issues.
- Management style characterized by high energy, collaboration, openness, and result orientation.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate through it effectively.
- Ethical and values-driven with an innovative mindset and receptiveness to diverse ideas.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Experience:
- Proven track record (2-5 years) as a Technical Product or Project Manager, particularly in software platform development.
- Understanding or keen interest in big data and artificial intelligence applications preferred.
- Experience in Agile environments, enterprise architecture, and solution design.
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem governance frameworks and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience using and/or building AI/ML is a plus.
- Python experience is a plus.
