Sales Manager/Director of Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager/Director of Sales to expand our sales initiatives. The role involves working closely with both internal executive teams and external customers to create and drive the sales process of Remitz’s revenue cycle management products and services, primarily targeting midsize to large healthcare provider organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Remitz’s products and services.
  • Engage in consultative sales, understanding the unique needs of each potential client and appropriately positioning our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and service providers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners for warm introductions and customer preparation.
  • Manage the multi-stage sales process, including customer acquisition, deal negotiation, revenue opportunity analysis, and claims assignment.
  • Initially work as an individual contributor, eventually leading a small team to manage a customer base of up to 100 large clients.
  • Define, select, and stand up sales management software or sales CRM that is appropriate for the current and mid-term needs of the company.
  • Cultivate ongoing customer relationships for sustained business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in inside sales, external sales, or a sales-focused role in management consulting.
  • Strong ability in consultative sales and understanding client needs.
  • Capability to work independently in a self-directed manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Revenue cycle management expertise is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
