Position Summary:

As an RCM Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of a critical initiative designed to enhance the financial outcomes of our healthcare clients through specialized appeals. This role is instrumental in assembling and leading a high-caliber team of appeals experts in India, tasked with navigating complex claim rework processes and ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the specialized RCM appeals project, focusing on complex claim reworks.
  • Assemble and lead an elite team of appeals experts based in India.
  • Ensure strict adherence to U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Coordinate intricate claim rework processes, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the principal liaison between U.S. healthcare providers and the specialist team in India.
  • Manage complex appeals timelines and strategies, ensuring project milestones and objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or RCM sectors.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to assemble and motivate a specialized team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in RCM appeals or a related field is highly advantageous.
