About the Role
As an Onboarding Manager at Remitz Inc, you will be instrumental in ensuring our client's success from their initial engagement with us. You will spearhead the onboarding process, directly communicating with clients to obtain necessary credentials, and oversee the seamless integration of data into our systems. Your expertise in business intelligence and data management will be crucial as you collaborate with our scraper and data teams to ensure data is accurately extracted and ready for analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls, demonstrating professionalism and a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather all necessary access credentials, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Independently verify account logins and access, solving any issues that arise during the data extraction and preparation stages.
- Collaborate closely with the scraper and data teams to facilitate accurate data extraction, including writing Jira tickets and ensuring tasks are integrated into engineering sprints.
- Develop comprehensive guides for scraper teams to build effective data extraction tools.
- Extract, review, and verify data accuracy, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Facilitate data analysis, troubleshooting any problems, and review analyses for quality before sharing with the Account team.
- Participate in analysis calls, providing detailed explanations regarding data processes
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database tools.
- Experience with business intelligence software, such as Tableau, to independently assess data.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving technical data issues (syntax, formatting, data mapping, errors).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very strong English proficiency and a limited accent.
- An independent work ethic, capable of efficiently working without constant oversight.
