Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Healthcare IT and Systems Specialist to join our newly forming team. This role is critical in supporting our US healthcare customers by managing and optimizing IT systems and solutions specific to healthcare billing and revenue cycle management. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of our RCM systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with US healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain healthcare IT systems, focusing on RCM billing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide IT solutions that meet US healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant US healthcare regulations.
- Provide training and support to the team on new technologies and system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high-quality service levels.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in healthcare IT to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically in RCM billing systems.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, coding, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR), practice management software, and other healthcare IT solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in English is a must
