Role Overview:
As the Head of Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead our RCM operations, setting strategic direction and driving the execution of revenue cycle processes to optimize financial outcomes for our healthcare clients. You will bring visionary leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and compliance with all healthcare regulations. Your expertise in healthcare finance, combined with a deep understanding of the US healthcare billing ecosystem, will ensure our clients receive superior RCM services that exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire revenue cycle management operations to ensure maximum efficiency, revenue capture, and compliance with US healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance RCM processes, incorporating innovative technologies and best practices in healthcare billing and coding.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing RCM team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their challenges and objectives to tailor RCM solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare billing and collections, including HIPAA and other privacy laws.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in the revenue cycle.
- Collaborate with IT and systems specialists to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of RCM technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the US healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving RCM operations, enhancing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
