ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the Role

As an Account Manager at Remitz Inc, you play a crucial role in our client's journey, acting as the primary point of contact from the onboarding phase onwards. You will manage all client communications, including the delivery of reports, invoices, and follow-on claim assignments, and run regular check-ins. Your responsibility includes preparing for and running client meetings, ensuring all client needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness. This role demands a deep understanding of our technology products and the revenue cycle management industry, enabling you to foster meaningful relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Remitz Inc and its clients, ensuring a seamless and responsive communication channel.
  • Manage and deliver all client-related materials, including reports, invoices, and claim assignments.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, either weekly or monthly, to assess needs and address any issues.
  • Prepare thoroughly for client meetings, coordinating closely with internal teams to provide necessary insights and support.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and peers through exceptional service and communication.
  • Demonstrate an ability to quickly grasp complex technology products and industry-specific challenges and communicate them effectively to clients.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Account Management, ideally within the RCM, technology, consulting, or healthcare sectors.
  • At least 2 years of preferred experience in medical billing, open to discussion based on candidate expertise.
  • Proven ability to learn and discuss intricate technology products and the revenue cycle management industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of data, with the ability to interpret reports and their impact on client projects.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency with modern technology platforms, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, Dropbox, and Docusign.
